This policy explains how Insure Us Now ("we", "us") handles the information you give us through this website, start.insureusnow.org, and how our text messages work.

- What you enter in the form: name, phone number, ZIP code, email (if provided), the services you're interested in, business name and employee range (for business benefits), how and when you'd like to be contacted, how you heard about us, and any note you add.
- Your consent record: that you checked the consent box, the version of the consent wording, the date and time, the page you submitted from, and the IP address of the request — so we can show when and how you agreed to be contacted.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider and font provider receive standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) when the page loads. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this page.
Please do not send medical details, Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, or payment information through this form. We do not request them here.

Text message terms
- Program: Insure Us Now sends text messages about your request, appointments, and the services you asked about.
- How you join: by checking the consent box on our request form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, or email us at the address below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Stop calls or emails at any time by telling us during a call, replying to an email, or contacting us below.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, unless we must keep it by law.
How long we keep it

Your submission is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a private, access-restricted business account. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what's needed.
